Managed Tourism Australia partners (18+ KDPs) and consortia (TLN, STN, and Virtuoso) across North America by providing creative direction on TA’s brand guidelines and co-designing assets for trade events and digital marketing. I tracked B2B and B2C outputs across multiple departments and led key initiatives across Marketing, Partnerships, and Distribution. I also liaised with the 6 Australian State reps and solely designed 54+ assets (e-newsletters, OOH trade banners, direct mailers, magazine layouts, 37 digital ads — LA Times, Expedia, United Airlines — and other marketing materials, such as menus for SXSW).

Having the privilege to spearhead the global marketing campaign for Air Canada, directed the production and effectively delivered all B2B and B2C outputs (incl. 29+ ads in both English and French Canadian). Lastly, I rectified prior web inefficiencies within TA’s own web design and organized all printed assets within the Americas by creating a company-wide Print Asset Inventory tracker, featuring 110+ individual assets (trade banners, props, step-and-repeats).
